BBQ салата

Состојки:
120 гр пилешки гради/120г цврсто тофу
1 лажичка маслиново масло
1 лажичка лук во прав
1 лажичка мед
1 лажичка BBQ сос (нискокалоричен, без додаден шеќер)
Мешана зелена салата (марула, спанаќ)
1 црвена пиперка (исечкана)
1 краставица (на кружни парчиња)
1 црвен кромид
30 гр сирење фета (или пармезан, по избор)
1 лажичка семки од сончоглед (или бадеми, по избор)

Начин на подготовка:
Маринирање на пилешкото/тофуто: Во мала чинија измешај го маслиновото масло, лукот во прав, медот и BBQ сосот. Пилешкото/тофуто исечи го на мали коцки и прелиј го со маринадата. Остави го да отстои 10-15 минути.
Закачи ги парчињата месо на метално или претходно натопено дрвено ражнич стапче. Доколку немаш испечи ги само така или само пропржи ги./Коцките тофу печи ги на нелеплива тава или во рерна на 200°C, околу 15 минути, додека добијат златно-кафеава боја.
Во чинија стави ја мешаната салата, додај ги исечканите пиперки, краставица и кромид.
На салатата додај ги печените пилешки коцки/тофуто, посипи со сирење и семки. Дополнително можеш да прелиеш со 1 лажичка BBQ сос или балсамик.

Да, пилешкото можеш да го замениш со мисиркино, тофу или шкампи. Наместо фета можеш да користиш моцарела или урда. Можеш да додадеш маслинки, авокадо или варено јајце за повеќе вкус и хранливост.

Може ли овој рецепт да биде без глутен?
Да, рецептот е природно без глутен, само провери дали BBQ сосот е без глутен.

Како да се чуваат остатоците?
Остатоците можат да се чуваат во затворен сад во фрижидер до 1 ден. Салатата може да пушти малку течност, па пред јадење промешај ја.

Како да се подгреат?
Само пилешкото можеш да го подгрееш на тава или кратко во микробранова печка. Салатата се јаде ладна.

Можам ли да користам друга маринада?
Да, можеш да користиш маринада од лимонов сок, сенф и билки или јогурт со зачини за различен вкус.

Можеш да додадеш чиа семе, ленено семе, или малку варена киноа за повеќе влакна и ситост.
